unauthoized transction

1. i have an unauthorized transaction  and it said authorized and i have a never had to authorize anything though  Pay pal before this is the email they are using pay pal payments Uber but I haven't used Uber taxi service or Uber eats in months anyone can help i will appreciate it

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

If not then appeal..........

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
