unable to complete Identity verification process

Hi There.

 

My account was created as a personal account under a business name. now that the account balance has reached a certain point, PayPal has placed an Account Limitation restricting me to withdraw or use the money until I can verify the identity. In order to verify the identity I need to change the account name f to my name, but PayPal doesn't allow me to do this.

I have tried contacting the PayPal customer service via email and phone, both have proven to be fruitless. I need advice on how I can verify the account/change name or withdraw my funds.
