I spend $520 on a bag that I ordered from a friend. I sent the money to her via friends and family. She did not send the bag I paid her for, she sent a terrible cheap bag instead. I used my paypal balance to pay the $520 so I can't open a dispute with my credit card. Can I do anything to get my money back? My "friend" that won't talk to me anymore won't speak to me or allow me to return it. What do I do?

Best you contact your friend... Is she really your friend?
It’s harder to get a refund thru transfer thru friends and family as you are not protected by PayPal Buyers Agreement.
Maybe you really need to contact that ‘friend’ again...and then seek legal counsel.
Remember if anything seems to good to be true, chances are it is!
