hello my name is micayla and im trying to deactivate my account because i dont use it and i cant get a card and it said that before i deactivate my account i need to to speak with customer service for so reason.
If your account was limited because its an illegally made underage account then you won't be able to close it, paypal stops you doing so to stop you trying to open another account against their rules with any of the linked information on your underage account.
