when i trying to add abank account on paypal but fail every time. in notifications box i can see this massage "We recently received a report of unauthorized activity on a bank account linked to your PayPal accou..." how can i resolve it?

I have this same problem. I spent an hour on the phone with them with out having resolution. They want me to put a different brand account. I don't have a different bank account Now what PayPal?
