PayPal has restricted our access. There is money in PayPal that I can not transfer to the bank that is linked on my profile. I keep getting an error message stating "Sorry something is not right please try again later". This is been going on for 3 months now. I have used the chat to get a live person to no avail and also trying calling the 800#. Does anyone know what I can or should do? or have a good working live person number?
