hi! i can't contact paypal and this issue has not been resolved since last year. i need a help. i try to connect my card in paypal however it won't connect, i try until paypal blocked my information. now i try to provide my ID but still now it's still in progress. how can i prove i'm not a bot nor a fraud? i badly need paypal for my international orders.
