I have spent hours in the last 2 days trying unsuccessfully to obtain my refund of 790.00 cn that has been cleared by the other parties bank and is now somewhere in internet land. I have spoke with several customer service agents who have blatantly lied to me and I am now on hold waiting to speak to a supervisor. I sent a payment to a seller for an item and because i refused to send it friends and family he immediately sent it back to me. this was 8 days ago and noone can give me a straight answer all they do is spew garbage preprogramed **bleep** I will be deleting my account as soon as i get my refund. This is not the first time paypal has **bleep** me over but it will certainly be the last. My advice to anyone who cares to listen is this. THIS COMPANY HAS NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OR WHAT A VALUABLE CUSTOMER IS...DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
