I recently bought an iphone 6 on done deal off this person , all though the transaction the seller would reply to messages etc. once the payment has gone through the seller has since not replied etc. his phone number is not registered so i can not contact him. i have reported the issue to both done deal and paypal but nothing has progressed? i have also gone to the police but again no success. any advise on how to refund my money?
If it has been 7 days since date of payment, locate the transaction in your account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received dispute. If you have already done this and is waiting for seller to respond and they have not, then escalate the dispute to claim within 20 days of opening dispute so PayPal can step in and review your case and make a ruling.
