it is the second time I have to wait more than 4 working days in a row for the paypal team ro review my documents....
Try opening a chat session and don't close it until resolved. I did this with a refund dispute, it was open for 12 hours of back and forth. I guess the rep on the next shift did not want to deal with me for their whole shift, so 2 messages in he refunded my money I had been trying to get back for 2 months.
