the buyer reported: item is not as described - He did not provide the items quality problem proof, He did not send the item back. no returning tracking number asked why Paypal refunded to the buyer directly and charged sellers dispute fees. Any buyer can claim their purchase sucks and get items for free. But Where is the sellers protection. How can the seller live?

Review your dispute information carefully. You might find that your buyer dispute was opened as a chargeback. These are opened outside of PayPal, at the buyers credit card issuer or banking institution. The credit card/bank have different dispute terms than PayPal’s dispute system and may not require the buyer to return item. Also PayPal seller protection does not cover item not as described PayPal disputes or chargebacks. Item not received and unauthorized transactions are covered under seller protection.
If the Dispute fee is applicable to your account, then one will be charged.
