I hAD MY Account for more than 15 years.

the acount was hack the money gone the account closed .Had to open another account same email and owner.
no bank involve had money in paypal cash
reverse the charges

charges to riot games

send emails to riot games for refund no answer call all their phone numbers no answer.

I m a senior with limited income please help.
