Has anyone else been robbed by a seller in China and PayPal will not help? I ordered 3 blankets at Christmas and paid over $300. I finally received 1 blanket that wasn't what I ordered and it was not even close in color. I filled a dispute with PayPal and I have provided them all of the required information in order to get my money back. They are telling me I have to be the one to pay almost $200 to ship the items back to the seller before I can get my refund. It does not matter that the seller is totally at fault. I am so mad. PayPal is the reason these sellers do this crap and get alway with it. Anyone had any luck fighting them on this?
