terrible service

To whom it may concern:

Regarding Case number: PP-D-50536089

I sold modem through EBAY 4(!) months ago.

Before I called Comcast and desactivated modem

Buyer had 14 days to return device or more days  to complaint.

After 4 months he wrote me that modem still activated by Comcast/Infinity.

By Ebay any possible conflict between seller and buyer should be resolved inside resolution center EBAY.

Seller understand this situation to complaint is too late.

Any buyer using Paypal service now can purchase anything and after warranty expired require money back. I can use device ,then it will broken and I can return defective product and, thanks paypal ,get money back?

Are you kidding?

I have no idea what happened with item that I sold 4 months ago.

Now grateful buyer can send it back and get full refund.

Super decision!!!

OK, withdraw my money,

But I will file complaint to BBB against Paypal.

I will close my Paypal account and recommend all my friends to do the same.

Happy New Years!!

Paypal does exactly what they say they will do in their user agreement and that is give the buyer up to 180 days to open a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.............the same time frame any credit card would give a buyer.

So good luck with your BBB complaint.

Just another unheard voice trying to find some way to contact Paypal. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Venmo here I come.

I agree. My account was closed after 15 years and no complaints from customers. I have spent hours and hours trying to get a reason and trying to get my 200$ balance back. This company is Crooked and has Zero customer service. I am done with PayPal and Ebay. THEY ARE CRIMINALS.
