My account Is temporarily limited l set all the details you want ages ago and l just sent my passport details again

Contact customer service to follow up on the account review/limitation keeping in mind that limitations are not lifted over the phone:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
