I tried to use my paypal to pay for an app on my daughters iphone and this triggered an account limitation. It wants photo id (passport or driving licence) and proof of a purchase.
For proof of purchase I took a screenshot of a recent email receipt, and saved it as a jpg. When trying to upload it, I get the error message "File must be a jpg gif png or pdf." I also tried saving the file as gif and png. same error. Files are < 100kb
Re: Photo id, I would prefer not to give this info and to restore the access by some other verification method. In any event, the photo upload function is giving the same error message when I try to upload a jpg or gif.
