hi there I've posted an item, I have proof of postage and proof of item delivered and signed for? buyer is trying to claim item hasn't been delivered how can I resolve this

Ask delivery co for address they delivered to. They may, or may not, tell you.

This happened to me too - parcel delivered to wrong address.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some troubles with a recent transaction. If a buyer has filed an Item Not Received dispute, make sure you respond to your case through the Resolution Center as soon as possible with your tracking / delivery information.
