Having ordered a foxwell machine to repair my car dashboard lights there is no address to return it to apart from a payment email address. Noone is responding at Paypal and I need the address to send it back to. the company is in China called Chongqing Zhonglanshen Technology Co Ltd. - there is more than one address and I wondered if anyone else had experience of ordering from them and if they had any information about the address - just the envelope was received with nothing apart from machine and Paypal issued a statement but the statement shows nothing regarding the address. I have tried to contact Paypal but is there a valid tel number I can ring to check on the correct address for returns from Paypal? I would be grateful for any assistance/confirmation in this respect.
