i ordered magnetic eyelashes june 2nd. never received . on paypal company only shows as storm media. ive contacted who i thought I had bought product through ESFRANKI and they deny all knowledge. i lodged a fraud case thru paypal in error thru UNLAWFUL PAYMENT or something....but it went against me and they closed the case. I am stuck now

Unauthorized Payment claims are supposed to be filed when someone accessed your PayPal account and made a payment without your knowledge, that didn't happen because you indeed made payment, hence why your claim was denied.

 

Contact customer service and inform them you filed dispute under wrong reason and want to revise it to Item Not Received:

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.

 

Or private messaging via social media:

If they refuse and you paid with credit card, contact your card issuer to dispute.
