someone requested money from my bank account

This morning I woke up with spam to my gmail and one of the emails was that email was added to it and $500 was requested. Now, how do I cancel this pending transaction. I dont see such option.

Is the transaction showing in either your bank account or paypal account OR was it just a spoof email?
