i have been a victim of account abuse lately known as friends and family scam but i cant open dispute or report a problem. i have a feeling that paypal service is glad to take fees and brag about security but doesnt care doesnt care if fraud has been committed as long as no money has been lost. so any ideas what to to report this issue. actually i ve been saved by security code that i didnt see on my phone that has been sent to me when payment was made. before that i made a small payment and no code was sent so i figure that this can be connected.
