Hi
I recently filed a dispute where I commissioned an artist for a custom item for me. I payed in two payments and disputed both of them. The seller took too long (almost 6 months) and that's when I disputed the payment. I then got a random package from the seller with an open bag of candy, not long after i received the package both of my disputes got closed in the sellers favor. I know the seller just sent a random package just to fulfill paypals tracking requirement. Is there any way I could further dispute this?

Hello @MarbleMan,
You can file an appeal on the case decision in the Resolution Center within 10 days of the decision being made. If it's been past 10 days since the decision was made, file the appeal with our Customer Support over the phone.
Best of luck!
