sent money to the wrong email address by accident



* I sent money to a wrong email address, contacted the recipient through Paypal and got no answer from them.
* I issued a request of payment from them which they canceled, so they clearly don't want to send my money back.

* Created a dispute but Paypal application is far from optimal and created something like "unauthorized access" which is clearly not what I wanted... 

Paypal closed this dispute with the text:
"Thank you for reporting this case. After reviewing your case, we found that this transaction was not unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered under PayPal Purchase Protection."
I don't know what that even means, I just wanted to create a dispute and don't see a way to reply to this one or create a proper one.


Can anybody help?
