I received an email,that im eligible to withdraw my funds. 180 days of holding period is completed. so at present i want to transfer the available balance to another paypal wallet. I sent several emails , i got automated reply. i called multiple times, not connected to any agent.
How can i get help? i need pay this urgently to someone
Normally they only allow you to withdraw to a linked and confirmed bank account after a permanent limitation release.
You can't send funds to someone elses paypal account and of course as you have a permanent ban then you are not allowed to open another paypal account yourself.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
