Hi There, in the resolution center i can see that seller responded to the case, it shows (1) next to seller but when i open the case i can only see my message, the seller's message is not there. is there a way to view the seller message?
i'm using MacBook pro, browser chrome.

i tried to login from different computers, same problem. i had the same problem before, i sent an email they replied with the sellers response and completed the dispute from there.
