Did anyone experience that seller protection does not work?
My experience: buyer disputed with a paypal transaction, I provided Proof of delivery as seller, but paypal said seller protection does not work if buyer's bank said no, I want to see whether this is an isolated case, or others have the same experience, so I can decide whether to still use paypal as payment .
