seller has privided false tracking information in dispute claim

Hi,
I have recently been having a problem with ebyuer and yodel with regards to a delivery. I purchased 2 different items on 2 separate occasions from ebuyer, one item turned up great and I have no problem with that but the other item has been saying (short delay on the tracking info) even though it has been sitting at my local depot for over a week now. I have been in contact with both yodel and ebuyer regarding this but was just getting past between the two.
I decided to open a dispute with paypal but ebuyer provided the tracking details for the item that I received and not for the item that has gone missing, they have also locked me out of my account so I cannot get to any of the information and as you can tell paypal in recievieving that other tracking info ruled in their favour so now I am around £80 down and nothing I can do.
