seller doesn't honor warranty-dispute denied by Paypal!

I feel very disappointed with Paypal dispute service: I bought and item that broke after about 30 days of usage. Seller refused to cover the warranty so I open up a dispute with Paypal. After 11 days Paypal denied the dispute saying that "This decision was made because PayPal Buyer Protection only covers goods or services that weren’t delivered or are not as described." So what else can I do?
