I have made 2 purchases this summer thru Paypal. One order was not received and the other was received broken. PP is refusing to deal with these Chinese companies. How do we deal with this? I'm posting the question everywhere, FB, FCC and BBB. Has anyone here had any success getting support/help from PP?
