so, i bought something online expecting to get it in the mail in return i get other items in the mail i open a dispute and get denied because ithey showed tracking info wtf am i suppose to do now this is the second time this has happened to me
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
