scammed on F&F

i was buying something from a person online and he said that i had to send it through family and friends because if i sent it normally paypal would hold the money until he provided a tracking number and it arrived to me after this he blocked me and didn't provide with the service he told me he would i also have screenshots of the conversation

Did you get your money back, I’ve had the same issue and PayPal won’t do anything about it!!
