Someone pulled a very smart scam off and I don’t know how to contact PayPal They made a purchase from me for a jacket and to pay for it they gave someone else my PayPal to pay for a Nintendo switch thats that’s the same price (item doesn’t exist, he was scamming the other person) he got me to change to address as he paid £10 extra for the item to be delivered to his. I can’t get in touch with PayPal or Hermes, I have the PayPal he used to pay the £10 with friends and family
