hi so i talked to the seller and he said he will only give me the info if i close the dispute but that is not fair on my side becauise he can just change the information and take my money if i close the case

Welcome to the PayPal community forum. 

 

You haven't given us a lot of information but based on what you say it sounds like you are looking for more information from a seller (maybe tracking?). I fully agree with you to not close a dispute because the seller asks you to. Once it's closed you won't be able to open it again. If you haven't done so already, I'd escalate your dispute to a claim and have PayPal get involved.
