Hi there, I’m new to this, so bear with.... I’ve only spotted this forum when I googled the Company name; the reason being, I think (and I stress, to the best of my knowledge it may well be the same company, however, I’m not betting my assets on it, as it could be a company of a VERY similar name’) I believe they’re selling a garden set for a ridiculously low price, using an incredibly popular game (title is linked to the “saga of squashing sweets”!! Note: I am British, and we tend to call lollipops, gummy bears and lemon sherbets ‘sweets’.) as a platform. This platform has conned me, using adds like these, for £100 last year, so I feel your anger at company’s like this, whose main purpose is to ‘succeed in defrauding the public, all over the world. The company you may be referring to, has a Copyright symbol, “2021 Amazonz” , then the PayPal logo under “theirs”, at the bottom of their literature, including their main page; marketing. Firstly, I CAN spell; the extra “z” is part of their copyright. However, in the ‘About Us’ section, their trading name was given. You were talking about a lawyer; I know a Company that have a team of them, who will be interested in what their copyright refers to. Just saying! I wish you all luck in getting your money back; these people are lower than a snakes belly, and should NOT be ‘tolerated’ by anyone.
