scam? maybe, an order I didn't place

 I received an E MAI TO CONFIRM AN $ 9.99  order for a game from EPIC GAMES. on the statement it reflex an invoice ID# #### order date, and it states " to see the full transaction log onto your PayPal account.   You have 12 hours from the receipt of the traction to cancel this order, and then it give me a link to go to my paypal account, I have my PalPal account set up automatically in my PC, buit when i clicked on to it it asked to manually enter my information, I had never had to do this before with any order. anyway, do I need to send this to PAYPAL?

Emails from PayPal will always address you by your first and last names or by your business name. 

 

Check your account for any unauthorized activity and if you clicked any links in the email you should change your PayPal password.
