very poor service, the limit has not arrived, stopped sales because of the limits, no one answers, I am very dissatisfied, I will have to give up the paypal, switch to another wallet
My account got blocked and the proof of address deemed my personal ID as expired even though it states my residencial address and its expiring date.
Very poor service and there is no phone number to call. You cannot change countries on current romanian account. I am currently living in Germany and cannot use a german card on the account because you have to stay in that poor customer service area.
Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
