Can anyone tell me why I cannot get a refund for an item that i have not received.
I payed for a watch with a chinese company , Buyourbestthing .... they told Paypal it was delivered and Paypal accepts this ?????
There is no proof of this ..... why can i not get my money back ???
this is a disgrace , the item was returned to sender ,,, i have proof of this ... I thought Paypal was a legitimate operation with protection
