I ordered some 3 shirts from hsn and paid through my PayPal with automatic payment from my bank. I also have a charge on my PayPal account x 3 times and i have contacted the seller and was told that they received the payments x 3 automatically from my band and had nothing to do with the other amounts charge to my PayPal account. I text message PayPal, resolution and have not had a response at all.
The assistant with PayPal will only respond what appears an automatic response probably that everyone else gets, having a hard time getting a hold of PayPal to help with this matter. I have decided that its not worth to have a PayPal account as this has happen before and was never resolve and very hard to get anyone to answer.
