ridiculous customer service

I received a bunch of emails last night that someone was making charges on my account - to charities - and some cash.  I logged on and changed everything right away and disputed them - but they denied the dispute and said the charges seem authorized.  I am so angry.  Now I am trying to chat for the past 12 hours and no response.  I sent an email to the claims department.  It is a lot of money that I didn't charge and I have NO WAY to even talk to an actual person.  This company sucks.
