I'm in UK , I bought a cat wheel from a chinese seller in June, opened a dispute , closed in my favour, Just had email saying seller has provided tracking for delivery of item, I have had no item. They ignored all paypal communication, Item purchased in June, dispute solved september, now miraculous delivery info. I have not had this item. What do I do now , can anyone help me please?
