Ho I am needing help how do you message the resolution centre when you have started a case i am trying to send them a message as they need a response but I can't seem to respond on that page its driving me crazy i suppose to return an item I didn't receive and they are waiting for my reply thing is i can't work out how to reply HELP PLEASE
