returns

Hi all - I have a purchase I wish to return. I've contacted the seller 3 times via PP with no reply. I asked Pp to step in but I clicked on the 'unauthorised transaction' button.

Its was denied as this wasn't the case.

I still have the items & want to return them but I can't get anywhere.

Please advise

Thank you

Sally

Hi @Yatessa1,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our Community Help Forum!

When buyers pay with PayPal on any website, PayPal Buyer Protection covers them in case there is a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described, we will help buyers get a full refund. If the item is not as described, you may open a case. If you wish only to return the item, you would need to contact directly the seller.

If you have opened an unauthorized claim and you wish to open a case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.

I hope this helps.

Cristina
