returned faulty goods

Hi this is probably a unusual 1 received faulty item returned to seller but seller didn't collect or arrange redelivery paypal has refunded me the money on proof off me posting it and the problems I had with seller but now after a month parcel force is now returning the item back to me what should I do ?

Tell the seller that you have 'his' item and if he wants it then he can send a shipping label or postage costs to have it sent back to him.
