I sold a PCGS coin on ebay with no return. Buyer opened a case with ebay and said he just didn't like it. Ebay ruled against him. He went to his credit card company and said it was not as described. PAYPAL has refunded over $600 to his credit card company. He refuses to return the coin. Paypal would not let me know the credit card company. What can I do?

A chargeback is done directly via the buyers card issuer, they make all the decisions and all paypal can do is pass on any information on your behalf.
If the buyer wins credit card companies rarely request return of goods.
Best to always agree to a return and refund, that way you get your item back again.
