I purchased a digital measuring attachment for a mitre saw from an advertisement I seen on facebook. I paid via paypal because I thought that would be the safest way to pay! The seller sent me a piece of cheap plastic used to measure children`s feet (£3.50 on Ebay) Nothing like the 3 in 1 Digital Measure advertised, Now I am being told by PayPal that I will get a full refund of the original purchase price only if I pay the full costs of returning the worthless piece of plastic they sent me! This cant be right! Why should I be the one out of pocket because the seller sent me the completely wrong item, it was not the one advertised... its not even close!
