I have a dispute case and the seller has agreed to refund once the item is returned. The return address they have provided is in Chinese (Mandarin) and neither the US post office or fedex will accept the item without an address that is recognisable. i have been tried multiple times over the last few days with no response from paypal and the deadline to return the item is tomorrow someone please help thank you
Google is your friend in this case. Google Translate the Chinese address to English, then Google Map both addresses to see if they match and then use the English one with USPS/FedEx and attach the Chinese address also on the parcel by copy and pasting it on Notepad or Text Edit (Mac) and printing it out.
