hi

i have confired my account when putting a photo id on my account , i have tried to verify my address to complete the problem , but it say it doesnt match the address on the driving license 

it is the same and i have tried in putting it in lower case upper case etc 

any ideas ?

I understand you are concerned about the account's limitations. As you have submitted the documents, limitations can be lifted as early as possible.
