respond in message resolution centre

I click on the "RESPOND" button in the message resolution centre - then when it opens up there is no where to respond. Only a choice of check tracking or cancel dispute.

Hi @Brad888,

 

Thank you for your post! If the dispute was escalated to a claim and the seller provided tracking as their response to the claim, you would have those options. If the tracking is still in transit, the claim would be pending the delivery of the item.
