resolve the limitation error

Hello PayPal team ,

I need help on how to resolve the limitation. I woke up to this email and I can't find any proper way to get help from PayPal. I was not given any reason for limitation/ proof of the claimed potential risk and I really need to use my account. Please help.

""You can no longer use PayPal After a review, we decided to permanently limit your account as we found potential risk associated with it. You’ll not be able to use PayPal to send and receive payments or shop online. If you have funds in your PayPal balance, we’ll hold the amount for up to 180 days. After that period, we’ll email you with information on how to access your funds. We regret any inconvenience this may cause."  There's no explanation given under resolution center, steps to follow to recover my account or information about anything that may be wrong with my account. I'm also sure that I have not done anything wrong or unusual with my account. Kindly review and advice the on way forward. I believe it is a system error. Kindly get back to me as soon as possible.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
