resolve limitation

My credit card connected to PayPal got canceled and I got a new card. how can I resolve limitation when I am asked to confirm the canceled card number

Hi @Charlotte1956 and welcome, 

 

If the card you are being asked to confirm is no longer valid then I would recommend that you confirm the new card you have added. Once you have confirmed the new card I would send an email advising that you no longer have the old card and they you have confirmed your new card instead. This should help resolve it for you. To confirm your new card just go to the card section and click on the "confirm card" option and follow the steps through.

I confirmed my new card but my old card is still on there. Please help me straighten this out so Ican use PayPal again. My old card ended on <removed>. That card is not valid anymore. my new card ends in <removed> and I have confirmed it
